Online Banking Guide:
View all your accounts, set up alerts, check your balances, transfer money, make loan payments, apply for loans, and more!
Logging in:
If you already have online banking set up your Username and Password will remain unchanged
To enroll in Online Banking select “Sign up now”
Two-factor authentication is required to access your online banking
You will have a maximum of 2 phone numbers and one email address to select how you receive the code (if you do not recognize any of the options please contact the credit union)
You should receive the code within 10 minutes - once input you can select login
Mobile App Features:
Remote Deposit:
Using our mobile banking app, you can deposit checks with the click of your camera phone.
Endorse your check and include "For Mobile Deposit at Arbuckle FCU" on the back of the check under your signature
Open the mobile app & click on deposit
Select the account you’d like the check deposited into and enter the amount
Follow the prompts to take a picture of the front and back of the check
Tap “Deposit”
That's it! You will get a notification when the deposit is accepted
Transfers:
Using our mobile banking app, you can schedule or immediately transfer between your linked accounts.
Open the mobile app & click on transfers
Follow the prompts to choose which accounts you’d like to transfer from and to
Tap “Review” and confirm the information is correct and complete the transfer
